Keskkonnaamet avaldab teadaande veeseaduse (VeeS) § 9¹ lõike 5 alusel. Kavandatav tegevus ei kuulu keskkonnamõju hindamise ja keskkonnajuhtimise seadus § 6 lõike 1 ega Vabariigi Valitsuse 29.08.2005 määruse nr 224 ”Tegevusvaldkondade, mille korral tuleb anda keskkonnamõju hindamise vajalikkuse eelhinnang, täpsustatud loetelu” loetellu, mistõttu puudus vajadus algatada keskkonnamõju hindamine või kaaluda selle vajalikkust.

Keskkonnaamet teatab, et osaühing LÕUNAPIIM (registrikood: 10004016) (aadress Mõniste küla, Rõuge vald, 66002 Võrumaa) on saanud tähtajatu vee erikasutusloa nr L.VV/331086 põhjavee võtmiseks rohkem kui 5 m3 ööpäevas Võrumaal Rõuge vallas Mõniste külas Keskusefarmi maaüksusel (registriosa 2417341, katastritunnus 49301:002:0630) asuvast Keskuse puurkaevust (katastrinumber 10905) 20 000m3/a kehtivusega alates 01.07.2018.

Keskkonnaamet teatab, et osaühing LÕUNAPIIM (registrikood: 10004016) (aadress Mõniste, Rõuge vald, 66002 Võrumaa) taotleb vee erikasutusluba põhjavee võtmiseks kuni 20 000 m3/a Võrumaal Rõuge vallas Keskuse farmi (10905) puurkaevuga.
Seoses eeltooduga on valminud vee erikasutusloa nr L.VV/331086 andmise otsuse ja loa eelnõu.

Eelnõu(de) , loa taotluse ja muude asjassepuutuvate dokumentidega on võimalik tutvuda Keskkonnaameti Lõuna regiooni Võru kontoris (Karja 17a, Võru, tel 78 68 360, e-post info@keskkonnaamet.ee).
Eelnõu(d) on digitaalselt kättesaadav(ad) Keskkonnaameti dokumendiregistrist aadressil http://dhs-adr-kea.envir.ee/.

Ettepanekuid ja  vastuväiteid eelnõu(de)le saab esitada Keskkonnaametile suuliselt või kirjalikult e-posti aadressil info@keskkonnaamet.ee või postiaadressil Karja 17a, 65608 Võru, kahe nädala jooksul alates teate ilmumisest ametlikus väljaandes Ametlikud Teadaanded.
Keskkonnaamet teeb ettepaneku asja arutamiseks ilma avalikku istungit läbi viimata.

Keskkonnaamet avaldab teadaande veeseaduse (VeeS) § 9¹ lõike 1 alusel.

Keskkonnaamet teatab, et osaühing LÕUNAPIIM (registrikood: 10004016) (aadress Mõniste, Rõuge vald, 66002 Võrumaa) taotleb jätkutegevusena vee erikasutusluba põhjavee võtmiseks rohkem kui 5m3 ööpäevas. Põhjaveevõttu taotletakse Võrumaal Rõuge vallas Mõniste külas Keskusefarmi maaüksusel (registriosa 2417341, katastritunnus 49301:002:0630) asuvast Keskuse puurkaevust (katastrinumber 10905). Taotletav võetava põhjavee kogus on 20 000 m3/a. Ettevõte omab vee erikasutusluba nr L.VV/323048.

Vee erikasutusloa taotluse ja muude asjassepuutuvate dokumentidega on võimalik tutvuda Keskkonnaameti Lõuna regiooni Võru kontoris (Karja 17a, Võru, tel 78 68 360, e-post info@keskkonnaamet.ee)

Kuni vee erikasutusloa andmise või andmisest keeldumise otsuse tegemiseni on igaühel õigus esitada Keskkonnaametile taotluse kohta põhjendatud ettepanekuid ja vastuväiteid. Ettepanekuid ja vastuväiteid võib esitada Keskkonnaametile suuliselt või kirjalikult e-posti aadressil info@keskkonnaamet.ee või postiaadressil Karja 17a, 65608 Võru.

Vee erikasutusloa andmise või andmisest keeldumise otsuse eelnõu valmimisest teavitab Keskkonnaamet täiendavalt ametlikus väljaandes Ametlikud Teadaanded.

Keskkonnaamet teatab, et osaühing LÕUNAPIIM (registrikood: 10004016) (aadress Mõniste küla, Rõuge vald, 66002 Võrumaa) vee erikasutusluba nr L.VV/323048 Võrumaal Rõuge vallas Mõniste külas Keskuse farmi puurkaevuga (katastrinumber 10905) ja Saru külas Kuremäe farmi puurkaevuga (katastrinumber 10901) põhjavee võtmiseks üle 5 m3 ööpäevas on pikendatud kuni 30.06.2018.
