Konkurentsiamet avaldab teadaande konkurentsiseaduse (KonkS) § 27 lõike 12 alusel.
Konkurentsiamet on saanud 31.05.2019 koondumise teate, mille kohaselt Aktsiaselts Ekspress Grupp (registrikood: 10004677); Alexela Varahalduse AS (registrikood: 10423960) kavatsevad omandada KonkS § 19 lõike 1 punkti 3 tähenduses ühiselt valitseva mõju AS Õhtuleht Kirjastus (registrikood: 10678223) üle.
Vastavalt KonkS § 27 lõikele 13 on asjast huvitatud isikutel õigus seitsme kalendripäeva jooksul esitada oma arvamus ja vastuväited nimetatud koondumise kohta Konkurentsiametile.
Konkurentsiamet on saanud 31.05.2019 koondumise teate, mille kohaselt Aktsiaselts Ekspress Grupp (registrikood: 10004677); Alexela Varahalduse AS (registrikood: 10423960) kavatsevad omandada KonkS § 19 lõike 1 punkti 3 tähenduses ühiselt valitseva mõju AS Õhtuleht Kirjastus (registrikood: 10678223) üle.
Vastavalt KonkS § 27 lõikele 13 on asjast huvitatud isikutel õigus seitsme kalendripäeva jooksul esitada oma arvamus ja vastuväited nimetatud koondumise kohta Konkurentsiametile.

Aktsiaselts Ekspress Grupp (registrikood 10004677) avaldab teadaande äriseadustiku (ÄS) § 399 lõike 1 alusel.
Ühing teatab ühinemisest. Ühinemisel osalesid Aktsiaselts Ekspress Grupp (registrikood 10004677) ja OÜ Ekspress Digital (registrikood: 12240637), asukoht: Parda 6, Tallinn; OÜ Ekspress Finance (registrikood: 12397899), asukoht: Parda 6, Tallinn. Ühinemine loetakse toimunuks ühendava ühingu AS Ekspress Grupp registrikaardile ühinemiskande tegemisega.
Äriühingute võlausaldajatel palume esitada oma nõuded tagatise saamiseks kuue kuu jooksul käesoleva teate avaldamisest (ÄS § 399 lg 1).

Ühinemisel osalesid Aktsiaselts Ekspress Grupp (registrikood 10004677) ja OÜ Ekspress Digital (registrikood: 12240637), asukoht: Parda 6, Tallinn; OÜ Ekspress Finance (registrikood: 12397899), asukoht: Parda 6, Tallinn. Ühinemine loetakse toimunuks ühendava ühingu AS Ekspress Grupp registrikaardile ühinemiskande tegemisega.
Äriühingute võlausaldajatel palume esitada oma nõuded tagatise saamiseks kuue kuu jooksul käesoleva teate avaldamisest (ÄS § 399 lg 1).

Ühinemislepingu ja teiste dokumentidega on võimalik tutvuda ja saada nende ärakirju äriregistri pidaja juurest.

AS Ekspress Grupp on ühendav ühing ning OÜ Ekspress Digital ja OÜ Ekspress Finance ühendatavad ühingud.
Ühinemislepingu ja teiste dokumentidega on võimalik tutvuda ja saada nende ärakirju äriregistri pidaja juurest.
