Aktsiaselts teatab ühinemislepingu sõlmimisest. Ühinemisleping on sõlmitud Aktsiaselts Ekspress Grupp (registrikood 10004677) ja OÜ Ekspress Finants (registrikood: 14944294), asukoht: Narva mnt 13, Tallinn vahel. AS Ekspress Grupp on ühendav ühing ja OÜ Ekspress Finants ühendatav ühing. ÄS paragrahvi 421 lg 4 ja 5 alusel ei ole ühinemisotsused nõutavad. Aktsionärid, kelle aktsiatega on esindatud vähemalt 1/20 aktsiakapitalist, saavad nõuda kuni 08.06.2023 ühinemislepingu heakskiitmist ühinemisotsusega.

Ühinemislepingu ja teiste dokumentidega on võimalik tutvuda ja saada nende ärakirju äriregistri vahendusel.
