Ühing teatab jagunemisest. Jagunemisel osalesid Yaico AS (registrikood 10004996) ja Paplavskis Investeeringud OÜ (registrikood: 16790642), asukoht: Jõelähtme vald, Harju maakond, Eesti Vabariik. Jagunemine toimus eraldumise teel, mille käigus Yaico AS andis osa oma varast üle jagunemise käigus asutatud äriühingule Paplavskis Investeeringud OÜ. Jagunemine kanti äriregistrisse 04.08.2023.

Aktsiaselts teatab ühinemislepingu sõlmimisest. Ühinemisleping on sõlmitud Yaico AS (registrikood 10004996) ja Swiss Property OÜ (registrikood: 12435938), asukoht: Harju maakond, Tallinn, Nõmme linnaosa, Väike-Männiku tn 3, 11216 vahel. Ühinemise tulemusel ühendab Yaico AS (ühendav ühing) endaga Swiss Property OÜ (ühendatav ühing) ning ühendatav ühing loetakse lõppenuks. Ühinemisel jätkab ühendav ühing tegevust ärinime Yaico AS. Nimetatud ühinemiseks ei ole nõutav ühinemisaruanne, audiitorkontroll, üldkoosoleku kokkukutsumine ega ühinemisotsus (ÄS § 393 lg 2, § 394 lg 2, § 412 lg 4, § 421 lg 4).
