Keskkonnaamet teatab, et AS Tolaram Investments (registrikood: 10014351) (aadress Harju maakond, Tallinn, Põhja-Tallinna linnaosa, Kopli tn 35, 10412) tähtajatut vee erikasutuse keskkonnaluba nr L.VV/325481 on muudetud.
Keskkonnaluba nr L.VV/325481 on antud tähtajatult loa omajale põhjavee võtmiseks Pärnumaal Tori vallas Sindi linnas Pärnu mnt 50 (katastritunnus 74101:001:0005), Pärnu mnt 60 (katastritunnus 74101:001:0003), Pärnu mnt 61 (katastritunnus 74101:001:0058) ja Vee tn 1 (katastritunnus 74101:001:0094) kinnistutel.
Seoses loa andmise ajal kehtinud õigusaktide ning nendest tulenevate nõuete muutumisega, on Keskkonnaamet keskkonnaloa nr L.VV/325481 üle vaadanud ning viinud selle muutunud õigusnormidega kooskõlla. Keskkonnaloas korrigeeriti loa omaniku nimetust viies selle vastavusse äriregistris olevate andmetega. Lisaks muudeti puurkaevude nimetusi, viies need vastavusse keskkonnaregistris olevate nimetustega. Samuti on Keskkonnaamet kaasajastanud keskkonnaloa sõnastust ja teabe esitamise nõudeid.
Keskkonnaloa õigusnormidega vastavusse viimise tegevus ei kuulu keskkonnamõju hindamise ja keskkonnajuhtimise seadus § 6 lõike 1 ega Vabariigi Valitsuse 29.08.2005 määruse nr 224 ”Tegevusvaldkondade, mille korral tuleb anda keskkonnamõju hindamise vajalikkuse eelhinnang, täpsustatud loetelu” loetellu, mistõttu puudus vajadus algatada keskkonnamõju hindamine või kaaluda selle vajalikkust.
