Aktsiaselts teatab ühinemislepingu sõlmimisest. Ühinemisleping on sõlmitud AS Maru (registrikood 10037062) ja OÜ Audru Keskus (registrikood: 12305911), asukoht: Järvevana tee 5, Tallinn vahel. Ühinemisleping on sõlmitud 23.10.2020. Ühinemise tulemusena ühendab AS Maru endaga OÜ Audru Keskus. Ühendav ühing jätkab tegevust senise ärinime AS Maru all.
