Osaühing COMMENT (registrikood 10054057) avaldab teadaande äriseadustiku (ÄS) § 199 lõike 2 alusel.

Osaühing teatab osakapitali vähendamise otsusest. Comment OÜ osanikud otsustasid 14.06.2022 vähendada osaühingu osakapitali 619 EUR võrra osaühingule kuuluva oma osa tühistamise teel. Osakapitali vähendamise tulemusena on Comment OÜ uus osakapitali suurus 24 975 EUR .

Võlausaldajatel palume esitada oma nõuded tagatise saamiseks kahe kuu jooksul käesoleva teate avaldamisest (ÄS § 199 lg 2). Nõuded esitada e-maili aadressil mati@comment.ee.
