OtherTarbija ostis Kauplejalt sülearvuti 18.01.2016. Pärast ostust kuue kuu möödumist ilmnesid arvutil probleemid aku laadimisega ning tarbija pöördus korduvalt kaupleja poole. Kolmandal korral taganes lepingust. Kaupleja leidis, et taganemine on alusetu, kuna arvutil viga ei leitud. Tarbija oli vea ilmnemist tõendanud videoga. Komisjoni hinnangul on tarbijale tekitatud põhjendamatuid ebamugavusi vastavalt VÕS § 223 ning tarbijal on õigus lepingust taganeda. VÕS § 217, 218, 223
