Avaldada väljaandes Ametlikud Teadaanded järgmise sisuga avalikult Tartu Maakohtu registriosakonna 07.07.2021 määruse Ä 30024497 / M6 väljavõte:
1. Anda ettevõtjale Tulundusühistu MEREPÄRL (registrikood 10073721) ja juhatuse liikmele Aire Põlluaed (isikukood 46707154732) revidentide nimekirja ja revidendi nõusoleku esitamiseks tähtaeg 90 päeva arvates määruse koostamisest.
2. Tähtajaks puuduste kõrvaldamata jätmise korral võib kohus trahvida äriühingut ja kõiki andmete esitamiseks kohustatud isikuid s.o juhatuse liikmeid 200 kuni 3200 euro ulatuses.
3. Revidentide nimekirja ja revidendi nõusoleku saate esitada elektrooniliselt ettevõtjaportaali https://www.rik.ee/et/ettevotjaportaal kaudu.
4. Andmete ja dokumentide elektroonilist esitamist ettevõtjaportaali kaudu aadressil: https://www.rik.ee/et/ettevotjaportaal nõustab kastajatugi telefonil: +372 669 6609 ning e-maili teel: ekanded@rik.ee.
5. Kui dokumendid esitatakse elektrooniliselt, siis peavad need olema digitaalallkirjastatud kõigi asjaomaste isikute poolt (äriseadustik § 67 lg 4 p 1; kohtule dokumentide esitamise kord¹ § 10 lg 1 p 1).
6. Digitaalallkirjastamise võimaluse puudumisel tuleb dokumendi originaalid kohtu registriosakonnale esitada posti teel aadressile: Pikk 32, Rakvere 44307 või notari vahendusel (https://www.notar.ee/et/notarid/nimekiri). Registripidajale esitatakse dokumendi originaal või notariaalselt või ametlikult kinnitatud ärakiri (äriseadustik § 38 lg 3).
Juhatuse liikmel on võimalik tutvuda ettevõttele tehtud määrusega ettevõtjaportaali http://www.rik.ee/ kaudu või notari juures (https://www.notar.ee/et/notarid/nimekiri).
07.07.2021 määruse nr Ä 30024497 / M6 peale ei saa esitada määruskaebust.
Dokument loetakse avalikult kättetoimetatuks 15 päeva möödumisel väljavõtte väljaandes Ametlikud Teadaanded ilmumise päevast.
