Aktsiaselts teatab ühinemislepingu sõlmimisest. Ühinemisleping on sõlmitud AS Lux Express Estonia (registrikood 10092807) ja EB Liinid OÜ (registrikood: 14359029), asukoht: Lastekodu tn 46, Kesklinna linnaosa, Tallinn, Harju maakond, 10144 vahel. Ühendav ühing on AS Lux Express Estonia, ühendatav ühing on EB Liinid OÜ. Lepingu eesmärk on osapoolte likvideerimismenetluseta ühinemine selliselt, et ühendatav ühing loetakse lõppenuks alates ühinemise kandmisest ühendava ühingu registrikaardile ning ühendav ühing ja ühendatav ühing jätkab tegevust ühendava ühingu ärinime all.
