Avaldamise lõpp: tähtajatu
Aktsiaselts teatab aktsiakapitali vähendamise otsusest. Aktsiaseltsi aktsionärid võtsid 04.06.2021 vastu otsuse vähendada aktsiaseltsi aktsiakapitali 1 849 114,07 Euro võrra, summalt 2 299 020,17 Eurot, summani 449 906,10 Eurot. Aktsiakapitali vähendatakse aktsiate arvestusliku väärtuse vähendamise teel selliselt, et vähendamise tulemusena väheneb Aktsiaseltsi aktsia arvestuslik väärtus 0,411 Euro võrra 0,511 Eurolt 0,10 Euroni. Aktsiaseltsi aktsiate arv jääb samaks (4 499 061).

Aktsiaselts teatab aktsiakapitali vähendamise otsusest. Käesolevaga teatame, et ASi Trigon Property Development, aktsionäride üldkoosolek võttis 11. mail 2017.a. vastu otsuse võtta kasutusele nimiväärtuseta aktsia ning vähendada aktsiaseltsi aktsiakapitali 400 416,43 euro võrra aktsiate arvestusliku väärtuse vähendamise teel selliselt, et aktsiakapitali uueks suuruseks on 2 299 020,17 eurot.

OÜ VN Niidu Kinnisvara loetakse lõppenuks alates 21.10.2016, mil jõustus AS Trigon Property Development kui ühendava ühingu ja OÜ VN Niidu Kinnisvara kui ühendatava ühingu ühinemine.

Aktsiaselts teatab ühinemislepingu sõlmimisest. Ühinemisleping on sõlmitud AS Trigon Property Development (registrikood 10106774) ja OÜ VN Niidu Kinnisvara (registrikood: 11217910), asukoht: Viru Väljak 2, Metro Plaza, Tallinna linn, Harju maakond, 10111 vahel. Ühinemise tulemusel ühendab AS Trigon Property Development (ühendav ühing) endaga OÜ VN Niidu Kinnisvara (ühendatav ühing) ning ühendatav ühing loetakse lõppenuks. Peale ühinemist jääb ühendava ühingu ärinimeks AS Trigon Property Development.
