Keskkonnaamet avaldab teadaande keskkonnaseadustiku üldosa seaduse (KeÜS) § 58 lõike 3 alusel.

Keskkonnaamet teatab, et Pomemet Osaühing (registrikood: 10107710) (aadress Kadapiku küla, Kadrina vald, Lääne-Viru maakond, 45212; edaspidi ka ettevõte) taotluse alusel on ettevõttele väljastatud tähtajatu kehtivusega õhusaasteluba nr L.ÕV/329679. Õhusaasteluba väljastati Keskkonnaameti Põhja regiooni juhataja 15.09.2017 korraldusega nr 1-3/17/2393.

Õhusaasteluba väljastati käitisele asukohaga Lääne-Virumaa, Kadrina vald, Kadapiku küla. Tootmisterritooriumi moodustavad 4 kinnistut katastritunnustega 27303:002:1260, 27303:002:0063, 27303:002:0164 ja 27303:002:0123.

Pomemet Osaühing toodab seadmeid ja täppistöödeldud detaile. Ettevõttel on kolm heiteallikat, milleks on gaasikatla korsten, värvimiskambri gaasikatla korsten ja värvimiskambri väljatõmme. Põletusseadmete summaarne soojussisendile vastav nimisoojusvõimsus on 0,611 MWth ning kütusena kasutatakse vedelgaasi maksimaalselt 40 tonni aastas.

Värvikambris kasutatakse aastas erinevaid kemikaale kokku 15,412 tonni ning lahusti sisaldus kemikaalidel on 4,994 tonni. Välisõhku eraldub sellest kogusest 4,494 tonni lenduvaid orgaanilisi ühendeid (0,5 tonni ehk 10% lahustist kogutakse kokku ning antakse üle ohtlike jäätmete käitlejale).

Ettevõtte tegeleb ka metallkonstruktsioonide keevitamisega kuid keevitusaurud läbivad tahkeosise filtrid ning õhk suunatakse tagasi tootmisruumidesse.

Heiteallikatest välisõhku eralduvate olulisemate saasteainete maksimaalsed aastased heitkogused tonnides on alljärgnevad: süsinikoksiid 0,11; lämmastikdioksiid 0,11; süsinikdioksiid 115,958; ksüleen 0,544; tolueen 0,275; atsetoon 0,027; etanool 0,11 ning teised lenduvad orgaanilised ühendid 3,545.

Ettevõtte tootmisterritooriumi ümbritsevate kinnistute sihtotstarve on tootmis-, transpordi- ja maatulundusmaa. Lähim elamu jääb heiteallikatest ca 60m kaugusele põhja suunas.

Kavandatava tegevusega ei kaasne olulist keskkonnamõju, mistõttu Keskkonnaamet keskkonnamõju hindamist ei algatanud.
