Aktsiaselts teatab ühinemislepingu sõlmimisest. Ühinemisleping on sõlmitud Aktsiaselts A & O (registrikood 10121684) ja osaühing EINHEL (registrikood: 11216447), asukoht: Reiu küla, Pärnumaa vahel. Ühinemise tulemusel lõppeb ühendatav ühing (osaühing EINHEL) ning ühendav ühing (Aktsiaselts A & O) saab ühendatava ühingu õigusjärglaseks. Ühinemisel jätkab ühendav ühing tegevust senise ärinime Aktsiaselts A & O all.

Keskkonnaamet avaldab teadaande keskkonnaseadustiku üldosa seaduse (KeÜS) § 47 lõike 2 alusel.

Keskkonnaamet teatab, et Aktsiaselts A & O (registrikood: 10121684) (aadress Lääne-Viru maakond, Väike-Maarja vald, Ao küla, Teramäe, 46303) esitatud keskkonnaloa taotlus nr T-KL/1002476 on menetlusse võetud. Keskkonnaloa taotluse menetlemise aeg on kuni kolm kuud.

Keskkonnaluba taotletakse vastavalt keskkonnaseadustiku üldosa seaduse (edaspidi KeÜS) § 41 lg 1 p-le 3 ning jäätmeseaduse § 73 lg 2 p-le 2 erinevate tavajäätmete taaskasutamiseks (taaskasutamisele eelnev ladustamine – R13) aadressil Pärnu maakond, Tori vald, Eametsa küla, Hakkemetsa kinnistul (katastriüksus 73001:003:0065).

Keskkonnaloa taotluse ja muude asjassepuutuvate dokumentidega on võimalik tutvuda Keskkonnaameti Pärnu kontoris aadressil Roheline 64, Pärnu (tel: 674 4826, e-post: info@keskkonnaamet.ee)..

Kuni keskkonnaloa andmise või andmisest keeldumise otsuse tegemiseni on igaühel õigus esitada Keskkonnaametile taotluse kohta põhjendatud ettepanekuid ja vastuväiteid.  Ettepanekuid ja vastuväiteid võib esitada suuliselt või kirjalikult e-posti aadressile info@keskkonnaamet.ee või postiaadressile Roheline 64, Pärnu 80010.
