Põlva Vallavalitsus avaldab teadaande keskkonnamõju hindamise ja keskkonnajuhtimissüsteemi seaduse (KeHJS) § 35 lõike 6 alusel.

Põlva Vallavalitsus teatab, et on algatanud Põlva Vallavolikogu 13.04.2016. a otsusega nr 1-3/20 Järveotsa katastriüksuse (katastritunnusega 62101:001:0139; pindala 12596 m²; sihtotstarve 100% maatulundusmaa) ja selle lähiala detailplaneeringu koostamise ja jätnud algatamata Põlva Vallavolikogu 13.04.2016. a otsusega nr 1-3/20 kõnealuse dokumendi keskkonnamõju strateegilise hindamise (KSH).

Planeeringuala paikneb Vanaküla külas Viira järve, Kooskora oja ja 35-110kV elektriõhuliini (kõrgepingeliin) vahelisel alal. Planeeringualal puuduvad ehitised. Planeeringu eesmärk on muuta katastriüksuse sihtotstarve osaliselt elamumaaks, määrata ehitusõigus ja hoonestusala ning lahendada vajaliku taristu rajamine. Detailplaneeringuga kavandatakse ühe elumaja ja kolme abihoone ehitamist. Planeeringualal ja selle kontaktvööndis ei paikne kaitstavaid alasid, loodus- ega kultuuripärandi objekte, objektide kaitsevööndeid.

KSH jäeti algatamata kuna detailplaneeringuga ei kavandata keskkonnamõju hindamise ja keskkonnajuhtimissüsteemi seaduse § 6 lõikes 1 nimetatud olulise keskkonnamõjuga tegevusi ega eelhinnangut vajavat, võimaliku olulise mõjuga tegevust, lähtudes sama seaduse § 6 lõigetest 2 ja 4. Detailplaneeringuga ei kavandata valla strateegiliste dokumentide muutmist.
