Tieto Estonia Aktsiaselts (registrikood 10137025) avaldab teadaande äriseadustiku (ÄS) § 358 lõike 2 alusel.

Aktsiaselts teatab aktsiakapitali vähendamise otsusest. Ainuaktsionäri otsuse kohaselt vähendatakse aktsiakapitali 16 075 euro võrra. Aktsiaseltsi uus aktsiakapital on 25 077 eurot. Aktsiakapitali vähendamine toimub aktsiate nimiväärtuse muutmise teel.
