Kohus toimetab isikule, aktsiaselts "BARCLAY HOTELL" (registrikood: 10164932), avalikult kätte 15.09.2021 määruse nr Ä 20002679 / 14 väljavõtte:

Avaldada väljaandes Ametlikud Teadaanded järgmise sisuga avalikult kättetoimetatava määruse Ä 20002679 / 14 väljavõte:
Tartu Maakohtu registriosakonna 15.09.2021 eitava kandemäärusega registriasjas Ä 20002679 / 14 otsustati jätta aktsiaseltsi "BARCLAY HOTELL" (registrikood 10164932) 10.09.2021 esitatud avaldus rahuldamata.

Eitava kandemääruse Ä 20002679 / 14 peale võib esitada määruskaebuse Tartu Ringkonnakohtule Tartu Maakohtu registriosakonna kaudu 15 päeva jooksul alates määruse kättetoimetamisest. Riigilõivuseaduse § 59 lõike 14 kohaselt tasutakse määruskaebuse esitamisel riigilõivu 50 eurot. Lõiv tuleb tasuda Rahandusministeeriumi arveldusarvele Swedbank AS a/a EE062200221059223099, AS SEB Pank a/a EE571010220229377229, Luminor Bank AS a/a EE221700017003510302, AS LHV Pank a/a EE567700771003819792. Maksekorraldusel tuleb märkida viitenumber 11170023759697.

aktsiaselts "BARCLAY HOTELL" (registrikood 10164932) avaldab teadaande äriseadustiku (ÄS) § 358 lõike 2 alusel.

Aktsiaselts teatab aktsiakapitali vähendamise otsusest. Aktsiaselts "BARCLAY HOTELL" (registrikood 10164932, aadress Ülikooli 8, 51003 Tartu) teatab, et aktsiseltsi üldkoosolek võttis 30.03.2020 vastu otsuse vähendada aktsiaseltsi aktsiakapitali 341 000 euro võrra 366 000 eurolt 25 000 euroni. Aktsiakapitali vähendamine toimub aktsiate tühistamisega, tühistades 360 000 aktsiat ja vähendades aktsiate nimiväärtust 0,6 eurolt 0,1 euroni. Aktsiaseltsi aktsiate uueks koguarvuks on 250 000, aktsiate nimiväärtus a´0,1 eurot. Aktsiakapitali vähendamise tulemusena on uueks aktsiakapitali suuruseks 25 000 eurot.

Võlausaldajatel palume esitada oma nõuded aktsiaseltsile kahe kuu jooksul käesoleva teate avaldamisest (ÄS § 358 lg 2).
