Aktsiaselts Vipex (registrikood 10170170) avaldab teadaande äriseadustiku (ÄS) § 358 lõike 2 alusel.

Aktsiaselts teatab aktsiakapitali vähendamise otsusest. AS Vipex teatab, et Aktsiaseltsi aktsionäride korraline üldkoosolek otsustas 21.06.2022 vähendada aktsiakapitali 280722 euro võrra seniselt 421083 eurolt. Aktsiakapitali uus suurus on 140361 eurot. Aktsiakapitali vähendamine toimub aktsiate nimiväärtuse vähendamise teel. Iga aktsia nimiväärtust vähendatakse 2 euro võrra.

Võlausaldajatel palume esitada oma nõuded aktsiaseltsile kahe kuu jooksul käesoleva teate avaldamisest (ÄS § 358 lg 2). Nõuded palume esitada Aktsiaseltsi aadressil Kriidi tn 10, Tallinn, Harju maakond, 11415.

Aktsiaselts Vipex (registrikood 10170170) avaldab teadaande äriseadustiku (ÄS) § 358 lõike 2 alusel.

Aktsiaselts teatab aktsiakapitali vähendamise otsusest. AS Vipex (registrikood 10170170, aadress Kriidi tn 10, Tallinna linn, Harju maakond, 11415) teatab, et
Aktsiaseltsi aktsionäride erakorraline üldkoosolek otsustas vähendada aktsiakapitali 477 227,40 euro võrra. Aktsiakapitali uus suurus on 421 083,00 eurot. Aktsiakapitali vähendamine toimub aktsiate nimiväärtuse vähendamise teel. Iga aktsia nimiväärtust
vähendatakse 3,4 euro võrra.

Võlausaldajatel palume esitada oma nõuded aktsiaseltsile kahe kuu jooksul käesoleva teate avaldamisest (ÄS § 358 lg 2). Nõuded palume esitada Aktsiaseltsi aadressil Kriidi tn 10, Tallinna linn, Harju maakond, 11415.
