Kambja Vallavalitsus avaldab teadaande keskkonnamõju hindamise ja keskkonnajuhtimissüsteemi seaduse (KeHJS) § 35 lõike 6 alusel.

Kambja Vallavalitsus teatab, et on algatanud 21.01.2016 korraldusega nr 763 Kambja vallas Pangodi külas Käpa maaüksuste ja lähiümbruse detailplaneeringu koostamise ja jätnud algatamata 21.01.2016 korraldusega nr 763 kõnealuse dokumendi keskkonnamõju strateegilise hindamise (KSH).

Detailplaneering algatati kinnistu jagamiseks kruntideks, ehitusõiguste määramiseks ühepereelamute ehitamiseks koos lahendusega vajalike teede ja kommunikatsioonivõrkudega varustamiseks.

KSH jäeti algatamata kuna keskkonnamõju eelhinnangu tulemusel on vallavalitsus seisukohal, et kavandatav tegevus ei ületa eeldatavalt tegevuskoha keskkonnataluvust, ei põhjusta keskkonnas pöördumatuid muutusi, ei sea ohtu inimese tervist ja heaolu, kultuuripärandit ega vara. Kavandatav tegevus ei oma eeldatavalt olulist keskkonnamõju ja KeHJS § 32 ette nähtud keskkonnamõjude hindamise algatamine ei ole vajalik. Sellega nõustus ka Keskkonnaamet.
