Konkurentsiamet avaldab teadaande konkurentsiseaduse (KonkS) § 27 lõike 12 alusel.

Konkurentsiamet on saanud 09.05.2016 koondumise teate, mille kohaselt  Alexela Varahalduse AS (registrikood: 10423960)  omandab valitseva mõju KonkS § 19 lg 1 punkti 2 tähenduses MOKTER OÜ (registrikood: 10190556) osa üle. MOKTER OÜ (registrikood: 10190556) osaks, mille üle valitsev mõju omandatakse, on neli tanklat koos kinnistutega ning kahe tanklakinnistuga seotud kõrvalkinnistud.

Vastavalt KonkS § 27 lõikele 13 on asjast huvitatud isikutel õigus seitsme kalendripäeva jooksul esitada oma arvamus ja vastuväited nimetatud koondumise kohta Konkurentsiametile.
