Harju Maakohus Tallinna kohtumaja avaldab teadaande pankrotiseaduse (PankrS) § 33 lõike 1 alusel.

25.08.2025 kohtumäärusega tsiviilasjas nr 2-24-13796/31 kuulutati välja võlgniku, OÃœ Mokinostor (registrikood: 10193856),  pankrot 25.08.2025 kell 08:55.

Pankrotihalduriks nimetati Kristo Teder (aadress Maria Mägi Advokaadibüroo OÃœ, Tatari 25, Tallinn 10116, telefon 6640600, e-post kristo@mmab.ee).

Esimene võlausaldajate üldkoosolek toimub 23.09.2025 algusega kell 11:00 Harju Maakohus Tallinna kohtumaja saalis nr 4006.

Võlausaldajad on kohustatud hiljemalt kahe kuu jooksul pankrotiteate väljaandes Ametlikud Teadaanded ilmumise päevast teatama pankrotihaldurile kõigist oma enne pankroti väljakuulutamist tekkinud nõuetest võlgniku vastu, sõltumata nõude tekkimise alusest ja nõude tähtajast (PankrS § 93 lg 1). Tähtaegselt esitamata, kuid tunnustatud nõuded rahuldatakse viimases järgus (PankrS § 153 lg 1 p 3). Pankrotivarasse kuuluva võlgnikule võlgnetava kohustuse täitmist võib pärast pankroti väljakuulutamist vastu võtta üksnes pankrotihaldur (PankrS § 37).
 
Pankrotimäärus kuulub viivitamatule täitmisele (PankrS § 31 lg 7). Võlgnik ja pankrotiavalduse esitanud võlausaldaja võivad esitada määruskaebuse 15 päeva jooksul teate avaldamisest arvates (PankrS § 32). Määruskaebuse esitamine ei peata määruse täitmist (PankrS § 5 lg 3). Pankrotimääruse täitmist ei saa peatada ega ajatada, samuti ei saa muuta pankrotimääruse seaduses sätestatud täitmise viisi ja korda (PankrS § 31 lg 7).

Harju Maakohus Tallinna kohtumaja avaldab teadaande pankrotiseaduse (PankrS) § 29 lõike 4 alusel.

31.12.2024 kohtumäärusega tsiviilasjas nr 2-24-13796/24 lõpetati võlgniku, OÃœ Mokinostor (registrikood: 10193856),  pankrotiavalduse menetlus pankrotti välja kuulutamata raugemise tõttu.

Võlgnik ja pankrotiavalduse esitanud võlausaldaja võivad esitada määruskaebuse 15 päeva jooksul määruse kättetoimetamisest arvates (PankrS § 29 lg 6, TsMS § 661 lg 2). Kui määruse peale esitab määruskaebuse võlausaldaja, kes ei ole esitanud pankrotiavaldust, hakkab määruskaebuse esitamise tähtaeg kulgema käesoleva teate avaldamisest (PankrS § 29 lg 7). Ajutisel pankrotihalduril on kohustus võlgnik likvideerida ja registrist kustutada. Pärast võlgniku registrist kustutamist vabastada Kristo Teder ajutise pankrotihalduri kohustustest. Jätta menetluskulud võlgniku kanda. Määrata ajutise pankrotihalduri Kristo Tederi tasuks 3562,40 eurot (käibemaksuga), mis mõista välja võlgnikult OÜ Mokinostor ajutise pankrotihalduri Kristo Tederi kasuks. Väljamakse teostada OÜ Maria Mägi Advokaadibüroo arvelduskontole EE832200221039155226.

Harju Maakohus Tallinna kohtumaja avaldab teadaande pankrotiseaduse (PankrS) § 30 lõike 2 alusel.

04.11.2024 kohtumäärusega tsiviilasjas nr 2-24-13796/14 määrati võlgniku, OÜ Mokinostor (registrikood: 10193856), pankrotimenetluse raugemise vältimiseks ning pankrotimenetluse jätkamiseks deposiidina selleks ettenähtud kontole makstava summa suuruseks 8000 eurot ja maksmise tähtajaks 20.11.2024.

Kohus ei lõpeta menetlust, kui pankrotimenetluse kulude katteks makstakse deposiidina kohtu määratud summa.

Summa tuleb tasuda Rahandusministeeriumi arvelduskontole nr EE571010220229377229 (SEB Pank), nr EE062200221059223099  (Swedbank) või nr EE221700017003510302 (Luminor Bank). Makse tegemisel märkida selgituse lahtrisse täpne toimingu nimetus, mille eest deposiiti tasutakse ja tsiviilasja number ning esitada kohtule makse teostamist kinnitav maksekorraldus.
