Ühinemisel osalesid Aktsiaselts Krapesk (registrikood 10220808) ja Troolari OÜ (registrikood: 14379309), asukoht: Harju maakond, Tallinn, Lasnamäe linnaosa, Peterburi tee 2f. Ühinemisleping on sõlmitud 06.02.2018.a. Ühinemine loetakse toimunuks 16.03.2018.a. kinnitatud ühinemiskande tegemisega
