      Ühing teatab ühinemisest. Ühinemisel osalesid Tahe Kayaks OÜ (registrikood 10235750, aadress Soojuse tee 6, 62207 Lohkva küla, Luunja vald, Tartumaa) ja BELUGA OÜ (registrikood 12379111, aadress Aiandi tee 21, 74001 Viimsi alevik, Viimsi vald, Harjumaa). Ühinemise tulemusena kustutati BELUGA OÜ (ühendatav ühing) äriregistrist ja ühendav ühing jätkab tegevust Tahe Kayaks OÜ ärinime all.
