Konkurentsiamet avaldab teadaande konkurentsiseaduse (KonkS) § 27 lõike 12 alusel.

Konkurentsiamet on saanud 12.08.2024 koondumise teate, mille kohaselt  AKTSIASELTS INFORTAR (registrikood: 10139414)  kavatseb omandada valitseva mõju Aktsiaselts Tallink Grupp (registrikood: 10238429) üle KonkS § 19 lõike 1 punkti 2 tähenduses.

Vastavalt KonkS § 27 lõikele 13 on asjast huvitatud isikutel õigus seitsme kalendripäeva jooksul esitada oma arvamus ja vastuväited nimetatud koondumise kohta Konkurentsiametile.

Aktsiaselts Tallink Grupp (registrikood 10238429) avaldab teadaande äriseadustiku (ÄS) § 358 lõike 2 alusel.

Aktsiaselts teatab aktsiakapitali vähendamise otsusest. AS Tallink Grupp aktsionäride üldkoosolek võttis 23. mail 2019. a vastu otsuse vähendada aktsiaseltsi aktsiakapitali, mille tulemusena vähendati aktsiate arvestuslikku väärtust 46 891 742,80 euro võrra. Aktsiakapitali uus suurus pärast registreerimist äriregistris on 314 844 558,80 eurot.

Võlausaldajatel palume esitada oma nõuded aktsiaseltsile kahe kuu jooksul käesoleva teate avaldamisest (ÄS § 358 lg 2). Nõuded palume esitada Aktsiaseltsi Tallink Grupp aadressil Sadama 5/7, Tallinn 10111 või e-posti aadressil Creditors@tallink.ee.

Aktsiaselts Tallink Grupp (registrikood 10238429) avaldab teadaande äriseadustiku (ÄS) § 358 lõike 2 alusel.

Aktsiaselts teatab aktsiakapitali vähendamise otsusest. Aktsiaseltsi Tallink Grupp (registrikood 10238429, aadress Sadama 5/7, Tallinna linn, Harju maakond, 10111) aktsionäride korraline üldkoosolek võttis 14. juunil 2016 a. vastu otsuse vähendada Aktsiaseltsi Tallink Grupp aktsiakapitali, mille tulemusena tühistati Aktsiaseltsile Tallink Grupp kuuluvad oma aktsiad, mille arvestuslik väärtus on 2 361 000 eurot, ja vähendati aktsiate arvestuslikku väärtust 40 192 922,40 euro võrra. Aktsiakapitali uus suurus pärast registreerimist äriregistris on 361 736 301,60 eurot.

Võlausaldajatel palume esitada oma nõuded aktsiaseltsile kahe kuu jooksul käesoleva teate avaldamisest (ÄS § 358 lg 2). Nõuded palume esitada Aktsiaseltsi Tallink Grupp aadressil Sadama 5/7, Tallinn 10111 või e-posti teel aadressil Creditors@tallink.ee
