Lääne-Saare Vallavalitsus avaldab teadaande keskkonnamõju hindamise ja keskkonnajuhtimissüsteemi seaduse (KeHJS) § 35 lõike 6 alusel.

Lääne-Saare Vallavalitsus teatab, et on algatanud Kaarma Vallavalitsuse 17. veebruari 2014. a. korraldusega nr 54 Nasva alevikus Kuressaare metskond 608 maaüksuse (34801:005:0128) asuva Kallaku oja lähiala detailplaneeringu koostamise ja jätnud algatamata 19.04.2016 korraldusega nr 179 kõnealuse dokumendi keskkonnamõju strateegilise hindamise (KSH).

Detailplaneeringu eesmärgiks on maaüksuse jagamine, sihtotstarbe määramine, puhkeotstarbelise üldkasutatava maa teenindamiseks vajalike rajatiste ehitamine ja keskkonnatingimuste seadmine.

KSH jäeti algatamata sest lähtuvalt eelhinnangust ei oma kavandatav tegevus olulist strateegilist keskkonnamõju ning kavandataval tegevusel puudub piiriülene keskkonnamõju.

Lääne-Saare Vallavalitsus avaldab teadaande keskkonnamõju hindamise ja keskkonnajuhtimissüsteemi seaduse (KeHJS) § 35 lõike 6 alusel.

Lääne- Saare Vallavalitsus teatab, et on algatanud Kaarma Vallavalitsuse 12.05.2014.a. korralduse nr. 158 alusel Mändjala külas asuva Kingu maaüksuse detailplaneeringu koostamise ja jätnud algatamata 27. augusti 2015 korraldusega nr 515 kõnealuse dokumendi keskkonnamõju strateegilise hindamise (KSH).

Detailplaneeringu eesmärgiks on jagada olemasolev ühe elamuga kinnistu kaheks elamumaa krundiks, ehitusõiguse, tehnovõrkude ja juurdepääsu lahendamine ja keskkonnatingimuste seadmine.

KSH jäeti algatamata kuna kavandatav tegevus ei oma olulist strateegilist keskkonnamõju ning kavandataval tegevusel puudub piiriülene keskkonnamõju.
