Sisu:Tarbija ja Kaupleja sõlmisid müügilepingu kerghaagise ostuks. Peale kerghaagise kättesaamist esitas Tarbija pretensiooni, sest avastas Kaupleja veebilehel teistsugust teavet haagisega seotud osade kohta ja nõudis haagise ümberehitamist. Lisaks tuvastas Tarbija kerghaagise silla otsejooksus erinevuse. Komisjon jõudis seisukohale, et kerghaagis vastab lepingutingimustele ning rahuldas Tarbija avalduse vaid osaliselt, kohustades Kauplejat reguleerima haagise silda ning korrastama oma veebilehel avaldatut.
