Osaühing Springmar (registrikood 10280685) avaldab teadaande äriseadustiku (ÄS) § 199 lõike 2 alusel.
Osaühing teatab osakapitali vähendamise otsusest. Osaühing Springmar, registrikood 10280685, osanike otsusega vähendati osakapitali 10 000 euroni. Võlausaldajatel tuleb esitada oma nõuded kirjalikult kahe kuu jooksul alates selle teate avaldamisest osaühingu aadressil.
Võlausaldajatel palume esitada oma nõuded tagatise saamiseks kahe kuu jooksul käesoleva teate avaldamisest (ÄS § 199 lg 2).
Osaühing teatab osakapitali vähendamise otsusest. Osaühing Springmar, registrikood 10280685, osanike otsusega vähendati osakapitali 10 000 euroni. Võlausaldajatel tuleb esitada oma nõuded kirjalikult kahe kuu jooksul alates selle teate avaldamisest osaühingu aadressil.
