Terviseamet avaldab teadaande nakkushaiguste ennetamise ja tõrje seaduse (NETS) § 34 lõike 3 alusel.

Terviseamet teatab, et taotlejale Aktsiaseltsi Tapa Haigla laborile (registrikood: 10293405) asukohaga Valgejõe 14, Tapa on 04.07.2016 antud nakkusohtliku materjali käitlemise tegevusluba nr 67.

Tegevusloaga anti luba käidelda 2. ohurühma kuuluvaid patogeene.

Loaga saab tutvuda tööpäevadel Terviseametis, Hiiu 42, Tallinn 11619.
Loa kehtivus on 5 aastat (NETS § 37).
