OtherTarbija ostis Kauplejalt päikeseprillid, mille sang läks kahe kuu pärast katki. Kaupleja võttis prillid ekspertiisi ja kuna tegemist oli tehase praagiga, tellis uue sanga. Kuna aga Kaupleja Tarbijat toimunust ei informeerinud, esitas Tarbija lepingust taganemise avalduse. Ka sellele Kaupleja ei reageerinud. Komisjon otsustas Tarbija avalduse rahuldada ja kohustada Kauplejat tagastama Tarbijale prillide eest tasutud rahasumma.
