Aktsiaselts Fleksont (registrikood 10398162) avaldab teadaande äriseadustiku (ÄS) § 358 lõike 2 alusel.

Aktsiaselts teatab aktsiakapitali vähendamise otsusest. Aksiaselts Fleksont ümberkujundamisega Fleksont osaühinguks vähendatakse ettevõtte osakapitali 19 170 euro võrra 31 950 eurolt 12 780 eurole. Fleksont OÜ osakapitaliks on kaksteist tuhat seitsesada haheksakümend eurot (12 780 €). Osakapitali vähendamisel tekkinud vabast kapitalist tehakse ettevõttest lahkuvatele osanikele väljamakseid võrdeliselt nende osade nimiväärtusega.

Võlausaldajatel palume esitada oma nõuded aktsiaseltsile kahe kuu jooksul käesoleva teate avaldamisest (ÄS § 358 lg 2). rainer@flex.ee
