Keskkonnaamet avaldab teadaande keskkonnaseadustiku üldosa seaduse (KeÜS) § 58 lõike 3 alusel.

Keskkonnaamet teatab, et AKTSIASELTS PRINTCENTER EESTI (registrikood: 10426272) (aadress Astri tee 1a, Viimsi alevik, Viimsi vald, Harju maakond, 74001) väljastati tähtajatu kehtivusega õhusaasteluba nr L.ÕV/330028.

Õhusaasteluba väljastatud erinevas tehnoloogias trükkimisele, mis toimub aadressil Nurmevälja 3, Maardu linn, 74114 Harju maakond (katastritunnus 44604:001:0070). AKTSIASELTS PRINTCENTER EESTI prognoositav aastane maksimaalne lenduvate orgaaniliste ühendite heide on 3,233 tonni.

Saasteloaga kavandatava tegevusega eeldatavalt ei kaasne olulist keskkonnamõju. Saasteainete sisaldused välisõhus tootmisterritooriumi piiril jäävad alla kehtestatud saastatuse taseme piirväärtusi. Keskkonnamõju hindamise ja keskkonnajuhtimise seadus § 6 lg 1 alusel ei kuulu ettevõtte tegevus olulise keskkonnamõjuga tegevuste hulka, mille korral on keskkonnamõju hindamine kohustuslik.

Haldusakti ja muude asjasse puutuvate dokumentidega on võimalik tutvuda Keskkonnaameti Põhja regiooni Harju kontoris (Viljandi mnt 16, Tallinn, tel 674 4800) .
