Kinnisvaravalduse AS (registrikood 10434202) avaldab teadaande äriseadustiku (ÄS) § 358 lõike 2 alusel.

Aktsiaselts teatab aktsiakapitali vähendamise otsusest. Kinnisvaravalduse AS (registrikood 10434202) teatab käesolevaga, et vastavalt 25.04.2016 aktsionäri otsusele vähendatakse ettevõtte aktsiakapitali 12 000 000 EUR võrra. Vähendamise tulemusena on Kinnisvaravalduse AS-i uus aktsiakapital 8 000 000 EUR.

Võlausaldajatel palume esitada oma nõuded aktsiaseltsile kahe kuu jooksul käesoleva teate avaldamisest (ÄS § 358 lg 2).
