Aktsiaselts teatab ühinemislepingu sõlmimisest. Ühinemisleping on sõlmitud AS LTH-Baas (registrikood 10449400) ja RNT Valdus OÜ (registrikood: 14196099), asukoht: Tuukri 5, Tallinn vahel. Ühinemise tulemusel ühendab LTH-Baas AS (ühendav ühing) endaga RNT Valdus OÜ ( ühendatav ühing) ning ühendatav ühing loetakse lõppenuks. Ühinemisel jätkab ühendav ühing tegevust ärinime LTH-Baas AS all.

Ühinemislepingu ja teiste dokumentidega on võimalik tutvuda ja saada nende ärakirju Tarru Maakohtu registriosakonnas ja ühendava ühingu asukohas aadressil Tuukri tn 5,Tallinn eelneval kokkuleppel.
