Pankrotimenetluses vallasasja enampakkumise teade
Avaldamise algus: 04.08.2022
Avaldamise lõpp: pankrotimenetluse lõppemiseni
AS Welander (pankrotis) (registrikood: 10454050) pankrotihaldur Andrias Palmits avaldab teadaande pankrotiseaduse (PankrS) § 136 lõike 1 ja täitemenetluse seadustiku (TMS) § 84 lõike 2 alusel.

Pankrotihaldur müüb avalikul elektroonilisel enampakkumisel Kohtutäiturite ja Pankrotihaldurite Koja oksjonikeskkonnas https://www.oksjonikeskus.ee pankrotivara:
Garaažiboks asukohaga Kaabli 23, Peetri alevik, Rae vald, Harju Maakond.

Tegemist on osalusega Hooneühistus Juhtme 3 garaažid (registrikood 14436882, asukoht Kaabli 23, Peetri alevik, Rae vald, Harju Maakond).

Garaažiboksis on võimalik kasutada edaspidi elektrit, st elekter on toodud garaažiboksi piirini.

Garaažiboks on kapitaalremonti vajavas seisukorras.

Hooneühistu korraldamisel renoveeritakse hoone välisseinad, millega kaasnev arvestuslik kulu oli 29.07.2022 seisuga 199,14 eurot.

Garaažiboksi omandajal tuleb tasuda ka maamaks ning liikmemaks 2021 ja 2022 aasta eest. Eelnimetatud kulude suurus 2022. a oli kokku 32,77 eurot; 2021. a kulud ei ole täpselt teada, aga on eelduslikult samas suurusjärgus.

Täiendavalt tuleb garaažiboksi omandajal hüvitada varasemate maamaksude ja liikmemaksude, samuti elektriliitumise, kulud kogusummas 350,35 eurot.

Enampakkumisel osalemiseks tuleb end registreerida oksjonikeskkonnas käesolevas teates nimetatud vara lehel, mille püsilink on: https://www.oksjonikeskus.ee/oksjon/view/?okid=68500 ning tasuda tagatisraha 1 500 eurot AS Welander arveldusarvele nr EE742200221078980290 (Swedbank). Makseselgitus: „Tagatisraha 15.08.2022 13:00 oksjonil ID68500 osalemise eest. Varalised õigused“. Tagatisraha loetakse tasutuks selle laekumise hetkest. Tagatisraha peab olema laekunud hiljemalt 15.08.2022 kell 13:00. Hilisemaid laekumisi ei arvestata. Ostja makstud tagatisraha arvatakse ostuhinna sisse, teistele enampakkumisest osavõtnutele tagastatakse see enampakkumise päevale järgneval tööpäeval.

Enampakkumisele registreerimine algab 04.08.2022 kell 16:00 ja lõpeb 15.08.2022 kell 13:00.

Isik registreeritakse enampakkumisel osalejaks, kui registreerimistaotlus ja selle vajalikud lisad vastavad enampakkumise tingimustele , tagatisraha on tasutud ja isik võib enampakkumisel pakkujana osaleda.

Enampakkumine algab 16.08.2022 kell 13:00 ja lõpeb 22.08.2022 kell 13:00. Pikeneva lõpu intervall on 5 minut(it).

Enampakkumisel tehtavate pakkumiste samm on 500 euro(t).

Pakkumisi saab teha ainult oksjonikeskkonnas vastavalt oksjonikeskkonnas näidatud tingimustele.

Elektroonilise enampakkumise võitja peab tasuma ostuhinna enampakkumise lõppemise päevale järgneval tööpäeval TMS § 93 lg-s 3 sätestatud viisil. Kui ostuhind ületab 12 700 eurot, tuleb ostuhinnast üks kümnendik tasuda enampakkumisele järgneval tööpäeval ning ülejäänud hind tuleb tasuda 15 päeva jooksul.

KOLMANDATE ISIKUTE ÕIGUSED
Pankrotihaldurile tuleb enne enampakkumise algust teha teatavaks oma õigustest müüdavale asjale, kui nendest ei ole pankrotihaldurile veel teatatud, ja neid õigusi pankrotihalduri nõudmisel põhistada.
