Keskkonnaamet avaldab teadaande veeseaduse (VeeS) § 9¹ lõike 5 alusel.

Keskkonnaamet teatab, et Jägala Energy osaühing (registrikood: 10480870) (aadress Silmiku tn 3, Tallinna linn, Harju maakond) on saanud vee erikasutusloa nr L.VV/326860 Harjumaal Jõelähtme vallas Jägala-Joa külas ja Koogi külas Jägala jõe paisutamiseks Jägala paisul ning hüdroenergia kasutamiseks elektrienergia tootmiseks kehtivusega kuni 31.12.2099.

Haldusakti ja muude asjasse puutuvate dokumentidega on võimalik tutvuda Keskkonnaameti Harju-Järva-Rapla regiooni Harju kontoris (Viljandi mnt 16, 11216 Tallinn; tel 6744 800, e-post: harju@keskkonnaamet.ee).

Keskkonnaamet teatab, et Jägala Energy osaühing (registrikood: 10480870) (aadress Silmiku tn 3, Tallinna linn, Harju maakond, 11913) taotleb vee erikasutusluba Jägala jõe tõkestamiseks, paisutamiseks ja hüdroenergiast elektrienergia tootmiseks Jägala hüdroelektrijaamas.

Eelnõu(de) , loa taotluse ja muude asjassepuutuvate dokumentidega on võimalik tutvuda Keskkonnaameti Harju-Järva-Rapla regiooni Harju kontoris (Viljandi mnt 16, 11216 Tallinn; tel 674 4800, e-post: harju@keskkonnaamet.ee).
Eelnõu(d) on digitaalselt kättesaadav(ad) Keskkonnaameti dokumendiregistrist aadressil http://www.keskkonnaamet.ee/sadr.

Ettepanekuid ja  vastuväiteid eelnõu(de)le saab esitada Keskkonnaametile suuliselt või kirjalikult e-posti aadressil harju@keskkonnaamet.ee või postiaadressil Viljandi mnt 16, 11216 Tallinn, kahe nädala jooksul alates teate ilmumisest ametlikus väljaandes Ametlikud Teadaanded.

Keskkonnaamet avaldab teadaande veeseaduse (VeeS) § 9¹ lõike 1 alusel.

Keskkonnaamet teatab, et Jägala Energy osaühing (registrikood: 10480870) (aadress Silmiku tn 3, Tallinna linn, Harju maakond, 11913) taotleb vee erikasutusluba Jägala jõe tõkestamiseks, paisutamiseks ja jõevee kõrvalejuhtimiseks hüdroenergiast elektrienergia tootmiseks.

Vee erikasutusloa taotluse ja muude asjassepuutuvate dokumentidega on võimalik tutvuda Keskkonnaameti Harju-Järva-Rapla regiooni Harju kontoris (Viljandi mnt 16, 11216 Tallinn; tel 674 4800, e-post: harju@keskkonnaamet.ee).

Kuni vee erikasutusloa andmise või andmisest keeldumise otsuse tegemiseni on igaühel õigus esitada Keskkonnaametile taotluse kohta põhjendatud ettepanekuid ja vastuväiteid. Ettepanekuid ja vastuväiteid võib esitada Keskkonnaametile suuliselt või kirjalikult e-posti aadressil harju@keskkonnaamet.ee või postiaadressil Viljandi mnt 16, 11216 Tallinn.

Vee erikasutusloa andmise või andmisest keeldumise otsuse eelnõu valmimisest teavitab Keskkonnaamet täiendavalt ametlikus väljaandes Ametlikud Teadaanded.
