Keskkonnaamet teatab, et OSAÜHING ÄNTU MÕIS (registrikood: 10516331) (aadress Kanala, Äntu küla, Väike-Maarja vald, Lääne-Viru maakond, 46234) taotluse alusel on antud tähtajatu kehtivusajaga keskkonnaluba nr KL-526412.

Keskkonnaluba on antud asukohaga Lääne-Viru maakond, Väike-Maarja vald, Äntu küla, Kanala, 46234 (katastritunnus 92702:004:0911; registriosa nr 4192631) asuvale tootmisüksusele põhjaveevõtuks veehaardest Äntu (5485) 2500 m3/kvartalis, 10 000 m3/a, 27.40 m3/d ja paiksest heiteallikast saasteainete välisõhku väljutamiseks.

Haldusakti ja muude asjasse puutuvate dokumentidega on võimalik tutvuda Keskkonnaameti kontorites üle Eesti.

Keskkonnaamet avaldab teadaande keskkonnaseadustiku üldosa seaduse (KeÜS) § 47 lõike 2 alusel.

Keskkonnaamet teatab, et OSAÜHING ÄNTU MÕIS (registrikood: 10516331) (aadress Kanala, Äntu küla, Väike-Maarja vald, Lääne-Viru maakond, 46234) keskkonnaloa taotluse kohta vee erikasutamiseks ja paiksest heiteallikast saasteainete välisõhku väljutamiseks on valminud keskkonnaloa andmise otsuse eelnõu ja keskkonnaloa eelnõu.

OSAÜHING ÄNTU MÕIS taotleb keskkonnaluba aadressil Lääne-Viru maakond, Väike-Maarja vald, Äntu küla, Kanala, 46234 (katastritunnus 92702:004:0911; registriosa nr 4192631) asuvale tootmisüksusele põhjaveevõtuks veehaardest Äntu (5485) 2500 m3/kvartalis, 10 000 m3/a, 27.40 m3/d ja paiksest heiteallikast saasteainete välisõhku väljutamiseks.

Eelnõu(de) loa taotluse ja muude asjassepuutuvate dokumentidega on võimalik tutvuda Keskkonnaameti kontorites üle Eesti.

Ettepanekuid ja vastuväiteid eelnõu(de)le saab esitada Keskkonnaametile suuliselt või kirjalikult e-posti aadressil info@keskonnaamet.ee alates teate ilmumisest ametlikus väljaandes Ametlikud Teadaanded.

Keskkonnaamet avaldab teadaande keskkonnaseadustiku üldosa seaduse (KeÜS) § 47 lõike 2 alusel.

Keskkonnaamet teatab, et OSAÜHING ÄNTU MÕIS (registrikood: 10516331) (aadress Lääne-Viru maakond, Väike-Maarja vald, Äntu küla, Kanala, 46234) poolt 29.01.2026 esitatud vee erikasutuseks ja saasteainete viimiseks paiksest heiteallikast välisõhku keskkonnaloa taotlus on võetud menetlusse. Ettevõte taotleb keskkonnaluba põhjavee võtmiseks rohkem kui 150 kuupmeetrit kuus või rohkem kui 10 kuupmeetrit ööpäevas puurkaevust Eesti Looduse Infosüsteemi koodiga PRK0005485 ja saasteainete viimiseks paiksest heiteallikast välisõhku ja tema käitluskoht asub aadressil Lääne-Viru maakond, Väike-Maarja vald, Äntu küla, Kanala, 46234 (katastritunnus 92702:004:0911).

Keskkonnaloa taotlusega T-KL/1030522-2 ja muude asjassepuutuvate dokumentidega on võimalik tutvuda Keskkonnaametis (va eriolukorra ajal).
Taotlus on digitaalselt kättesaadav keskkonnaotsuste infosüsteemis kotkas.envir.ee ((https://kotkas.envir.ee/permits/public_application_view?search=1&proceeding_nr=M-134780&proceeding_public_status=YM&proceeding_id=35401).

Kuni keskkonnaloa andmise või andmisest keeldumise otsuse tegemiseni on igaühel õigus esitada Keskkonnaametile taotluse kohta põhjendatud ettepanekuid ja vastuväiteid. Ettepanekuid ja vastuväiteid võib esitada suuliselt või kirjalikult e-posti aadressile info@keskkonnaamet.ee või postiaadressile Karja 17a, 65608 Võru.

Keskkonnaloa andmise või andmisest keeldumise otsuse eelnõu valmimisest teavitab Keskkonnaamet täiendavalt ametlikus väljaandes Ametlikud Teadaanded.
