Ühing teatab ühinemisest. Ühinemisel osalesid Aktsiaselts LHV Varahaldus (registrikood 10572453) ja Danske Capital AS (registrikood: 10240194), asukoht: Tartu mnt 2, 10145 Tallinn. Danske Capital AS-i vara anti üle Aktsiaseltsile LHV Varahaldus. Ühinenud ühingud jätkavad tegevust Aktsiaselts LHV Varahaldus nime all. Ühinemine on registrisse kantud 28.07.2016.

Konkurentsiamet vastavalt KonkS § 27 lõike 1 punktile 1 tegi 15.04.2016 otsuse nr 5.2-1/16-014, mille tulemusena omandas Aktsiaselts LHV Varahaldus (registrikood: 10572453) valitseva mõju Danske Capital AS (registrikood: 10240194) üle KonkS § 19 lg 1 punktis 2 sätestatud viisil.

Konkurentsiamet on saanud 29.03.2016 koondumise teate, mille kohaselt  Aktsiaselts LHV Varahaldus (registrikood: 10572453)  omandab valitseva mõju KonkS § 19 lg 1 punkti 2 tähenduses Danske Capital AS (registrikood: 10240194) üle

Vastavalt KonkS § 27 lõikele 13 on asjast huvitatud isikutel õigus seitsme kalendripäeva jooksul esitada oma arvamus ja vastuväited nimetatud koondumise kohta Konkurentsiametile.
