Konkurentsiamet avaldab teadaande konkurentsiseaduse (KonkS) § 27 lõike 12 alusel.

Konkurentsiamet vastavalt KonkS § 27 lõike 1 punktile 1 tegi 21.02.2024 otsuse nr 5-5/2024-011, mille tulemusena võivad MAIT RÕÕMUSAAR (isikukood 37011294927); ja OÜ VARAVALVUR (registrikood: 11274226) omandada valitseva mõju OÜ NOBE (registrikood: 10647027) üle KonkS § 19 lg 1 p 3 tähenduses.

Tartu Maakohtu registriosakond avaldab teadaande tsiviilkohtumenetluse seadustiku (TsMS) § 317 lõike 3 alusel.

Kohus toimetab isikule, Nordecon Betoon OÜ (registrikood: 10647027), avalikult kätte 20.12.2017 määruse nr Ä 10047459 / 18 väljavõtte:

Tartu Maakohtu registriosakonna 20.12.2017 kandemäärusega Ä 10047459/18 jäeti Nordecon Betoon OÜ (registrikood 10647027) 02.11.2017 esitatud avaldus rahuldamata.
Kandemääruse Ä 10047459/18 peale võib esitada määruskaebuse 15 päeva jooksul alates määruse kättetoimetamisest. Vastavalt riigilõivuseaduse § 59 lõikele 14 tasutakse määruskaebuse esitamisel riigilõivu 50 eurot.
