Harju Maakohus Tallinna kohtumaja avaldab teadaande pankrotiseaduse (PankrS) § 30 lõike 2 alusel.

14.05.2020 kohtumäärusega tsiviilasjas nr 2-20-6275/6 määrati võlgniku, Event Masters OÜ (registrikood: 10649977), pankrotiavalduse menetluse raugemise vältimiseks pankrotimenetluse kulude katteks deposiidina selleks ettenähtud kontole makstava summa suuruseks 2000 eurot ja maksmise tähtajaks 19.05.2020.

Kohus ei lõpeta menetlust, kui pankrotimenetluse kulude katteks makstakse deposiidina kohtu määratud summa.

Summa tuleb tasuda Rahandusministeeriumi arvelduskontole nr EE571010220229377229 (SEB Pank), nr EE062200221059223099  (Swedbank) või nr EE221700017003510302 (Luminor Bank).

30.04.2020 kohtumäärusega tsiviilasjas nr 2-20-6275 võeti võlgniku, Event Masters OÜ (registrikood: 10649977, aadress: Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Kentmanni tn 4, 10116), pankrotiavaldus menetlusse ja määrati kohtuistung pankrotiavalduse läbivaatamiseks.

Kohtuistung toimub 14.05.2020 algusega kell 11:30 Tallinna kohtumaja saalis nr 4020.

Keelata võlgnikul ajutise pankrotihalduri nõusolekuta vara käsutada (PankrS § 20 lg 1).
