Keskkonnaamet avaldab teadaande Vabariigi Valitsuse 26.04.2004 määruse nr 121 "Ohtlike jäätmete käitluslitsentsi andmise, muutmise ja kehtetuks tunnistamise kord ja menetluse käigus läbiviidavate menetlustoimingute tähtajad, litsentsi taotlemiseks vajalike andmete loetelu ja litsentsi vorm" alusel.

Keskkonnaamet teatab, et Kopra Transport Osaühing (registrikood: 10685370) (aadress Pärnu mnt 432, 10919 Tallinn) väljastati ohtlike jäätmete käitluslitsents nr 0532 ohtlike jäätmete veoks kogumahus kuni 25000 tonni aastas. Ettevõte jäätmekäitluskohta ei oma.

Haldusakti ja muude asjassepuutuvate dokumentidega on võimalik tutvuda Keskkonnaametis (aadress Narva mnt 7a, Tallinn, tel 680 7421, e-post info@keskkonnaamet.ee). Eelnõud on digitaalselt kättesaadavad Keskkonnaameti dokumendiregistrist aadressil http://dhs-adr-kea.envir.ee/.

Keskkonnaamet avaldab teadaande jäätmeseadus § 99¹ lõike 1 alusel.

Keskkonnaamet teatab, et Kopra Transport Osaühing (registrikood: 10685370) (aadress Pärnu mnt 432, 10919 Tallinn) antava ohtlike jäätmete käitluslitsentsi nr 0532 andmise korralduse eelnõu ja litsentsi eelnõu on valminud. Ettevõte taotleb ohtlike jäätmete käitluslitsentsi soovides jätkata ohtlike jäätmete vedu kogumahus kuni 25000 tonni aastas. Ettevõte jäätmekäitluskohta ei oma.

Eelnõu(de) , käitluslitsentsi taotluse ja muude asjassepuutuvate dokumentidega on võimalik tutvuda Keskkonnaametis (aadress Narva mnt 7a, Tallinn, tel 680 7421, e-post info@keskkonnaamet.ee). Eelnõud on digitaalselt kättesaadavad Keskkonnaameti dokumendiregistrist aadressil http://dhs-adr-kea.envir.ee/.

Keskkonnaamet avaldab teadaande jäätmeseaduse (JäätS) § 99¹ lõike 1 alusel.

Keskkonnaamet teatab, et Kopra Transport Osaühing (registrikood: 10685370) (aadress Pärnu mnt 432, 10919 Tallinn) taotleb ohtlike jäätmete käitluslitsentsi seoses ettevõttele väljastatud ohtlike jäätmete käitluslitsentsi nr 0371 kehtivuse lõppemisega 01.10.2019. Ettevõte soovib jätkata ohtlike jäätmete vedu kogumahus kuni 25000 tonni aastas. Ettevõte jäätmekäitluskohta ei oma.

Jäätmeloa taotluse ja muude asjassepuutuvate dokumentidega on võimalik tutvuda Keskkonnaametis (aadressil Narva mnt 7a, Tallinn, e-posti aadress: info@keskkonnaamet.ee, telefon 680 7438). Taotlus on digitaalselt kättesaadav Keskkonnaameti dokumendiregistrist aadressil http://dhs-adr-kea.envir.ee/.

Kuni ohtlike jäätmete käitluslitsentsi andmise või andmisest keeldumise otsuse tegemiseni on igaühel õigus esitada Keskkonnaametile taotluse kohta põhjendatud ettepanekuid ja vastuväiteid.  Ettepanekuid ja vastuväiteid võib esitada suuliselt või kirjalikult e-posti aadressile info@keskkonnaamet.ee või postiaadressile Narva mnt 7a, 15172 Tallinn.

Jäätmeloa andmise eelnõu valmimisest teavitab Keskkonnaamet täiendavalt ametlikus väljaandes Ametlikud Teadaanded.
