On 27.04.2025, a rating of 1/5 starts was given ja lisati kommentaar: "I do not recommend this store — absolutely terrible service. I was choosing a sofa on their website on Thursday (April 17) and specifically called their hotline to ask when they could deliver it if I ordered right away. They said — Monday (April 21). I placed and paid for the order immediately, including the delivery service. On Monday, I call them to ask, “So, when is the delivery?” They tell me it won’t happen on Monday because the item has to be shipped from a warehouse in Tartu (weird they didn’t know that earlier). They promise to deliver it on Wednesday or Thursday. On Thursday (April 24, a week later), I get an SMS in the morning saying the delivery will be at 15:20 (+/- 30 minutes) and that the courier will call in advance. At the time of writing this, it’s already 16:30 — no one has called. I call the store myself — they say they don’t know exactly when the order will be delivered, but “we’ll try to make it today.” What do you mean, “you don’t know”? Do you think I have nothing else to do but sit at home and wait for you to show up whenever? What does “we’ll try” mean? I paid for delivery that clearly stated it would be made within 3 business days — it’s been a week. What exactly did I pay for? No deadlines were met, and none of the promised delivery terms were fulfilled."
