AS Tõrva Tervisekeskus (registrikood 10831216) avaldab teadaande äriseadustiku (ÄS) § 483 lõike 1 alusel.
Ühing teatab ümberkujundamisest. Vastevalt AS Tõrva Tervisekeskus (registrikood 10831216) Tartu tn. 4, Tõrva linn, tõrva vald, valga maakond, ainuaktsionäri esindava Tõrva Vallavolikogu 22.02.2022 otsusele otsustati osaühing kujundada ümber aktsiaseltsiks. Ümberkujundamine on äriregistrisse kantud 22.08.2022.a.
