Keskkonnaamet avaldab teadaande keskkonnaseadustiku üldosa seaduse (KeÜS) § 58 lõike 3 alusel.

Keskkonnaamet teatab, et AS Lõuna-Eesti Haigla (registrikood: 10833853) (aadress Võru maakond, Võru vald, Meegomäe küla, Võrumaa haigla, 65526) vee erikasutuse keskkonnaluba nr L.VV/326048 Võrumaal Võru vallas Meegomäe külas põhjaveevõtuks ning heitvee juhtimiseks suublasse on muudetud. Luba viidi vastavusse kehtivate normidega, täpsustati põhjaveehaarde nimetust, määrati lubatud ööpäevane põhjaveevõtukogus, kaasajastati omaseire läbiviimise nõudeid ning Lõuna-Eesti Haigla AS filtripesu- ja sademevee väljalaskme (VO180) nõudeid.

Terviseamet teatab, et taotlejale AS Lõuna-Eesti Haigla laborile (registrikood: 10833853) asukohaga Meegomäe küla, Võru vald on 13.05.2016 antud nakkusohtliku materjali käitlemise tegevusluba nr 64.

Tegevusloaga anti luba käidelda 2. ohurühma kuuluvaid patogeene.

Loaga saab tutvuda tööpäevadel Terviseametis, Hiiu 42, Tallinn 11619.
Loa kehtivus on 5 aastat (NETS § 37).
