Bryum Estonia AS (registrikood 10859545) (likvideerimisel) likvideerija avaldab teadaande äriseadustiku (ÄS) § 375 lõike 1 alusel.
Võlausaldajatele teatatakse Bryum Estonia AS (likvideerimisel) likvideerimismenetlusest.
Võlausaldajatel palume likvideerijatele teatada nelja kuu jooksul käesoleva teate avaldamisest kõigist oma nõuetest aktsiaseltsi vastu. Teates palume märkida nõude sisu, alus ja suurus ning sellele lisada nõuet tõendavad dokumendid (ÄS § 376). Palume võlausaldajatel saata oma nõuded posti teel Advokaadibüroo Primus aadressile Kai 1, 10111 Tallinn, Eesti, või e-posti teel aadressile rutt.vark@primus.legal.
