Konkurentsiamet on saanud 12.12.2023 koondumise teate, mille kohaselt OÜ VK SPV1 (registrikood: 16117840) kavatseb omandada valitseva mõju Viru Väljaku Arenduse AS (registrikood: 10713422); AS Viru Keskus (registrikood: 10932986); AS Viru Center (registrikood: 10890408) osa üle KonkS § 19 lg 1 p 2 tähenduses.
Vastavalt KonkS § 27 lõikele 13 on asjast huvitatud isikutel õigus seitsme kalendripäeva jooksul esitada oma arvamus ja vastuväited nimetatud koondumise kohta Konkurentsiametile.
