Tartu Maakohtu kinnistusosakond avaldab teadaande kinnistusraamatuseaduse (KRS) § 8¹ lõike 1 alusel.

Kinnistamiseks on esitatud kinnisasi:
1) katastritunnusega 71401:001:1034, mille asukoht on Saare maakond, Saaremaa vald, Saikla küla, Parkla ja pindala 438,0 m2. 

Omanikuna kantakse kinnistusraamatusse Osaühing NOVARA (registrikood: 10975056).

Ebatäpsustest või vigadest teates esitatud andmetes palun teatada kinnistusosakonnale ühe kuu jooksul käesoleva teate avaldamisest.

Registriosa avamise ja tehtava kande suhtes esitatud kaebus ei takista registriosa avamist. Kaebuse esitanud isik võib nõuda märke tegemiseks avatavasse kinnistusregistri ossa nõusolekut isikult, kes kantakse omanikuna kinnistusraamatusse (KRS § 8¹ lg 3).

Keskkonnaamet avaldab teadaande keskkonnaseadustiku üldosa seaduse (KeÜS) § 58 lõike 3 alusel.

Keskkonnaamet teatab, et Osaühing NOVARA (registrikood: 10975056) (aadress Saikla küla, Saaremaa vald, 94634 Saare maakond) taotluse alusel väljastati Osaühingule NOVARA (registrikood 10975056, aadress Saikla küla, Saaremaa vald, 94634 Saare maakond) õhusaasteluba nr L.ÕV/329900. Õhusaasteluba on Osaühingule NOVARA väljastatud Saare maakonnas Saaremaa vallas Saikla külas asuvatel Puidukoja ja Puidu kinnistul (katastritunnused 55001:006:0475; 55001:006:0569) paiknevatest heiteallikatest saasteainete välisõhku väljutamiseks. Käitises on üheksa heiteallikat, milleks on põletusseadmete korstnad ja puidu töötlemise aspiratsioonisüsteemide tsüklonid. Õhusaasteluba on väljastatud tähtajatult.

Ettevõtte põhitegevusalaks on kokkupandavate puitehitiste (saunad, suvilad, majad) ja nende elementide tootmine (EMTAK kood 16232). Käitises kasutatakse sooja tootmiseks kahte puidukatelt LUK-300 ja LUK-200 ning kahte kalorifeerahju F350 ja F120 summaarse soojussisendile vastava nimisoojusvõimsusega 1,139 MWth. Aastane planeeritav kütuse kulu on 466 tonni puidu töötlemisel tekkinud klotse, pindu jms. Ettevõtte poolt taotletavad välisõhku väljutatavate saasteainete aastased heitkogused on osakesi, summaarselt 15,526 tonni, süsinikoksiidi 7,505 tonni, lämmastikoksiide 0,625 tonni, lenduvaid orgaanilisi ühendeid 0,37 tonni ja vääveldioksiidi 0,063 tonni.

Käitise kinnistu paikneb 100% tootmismaal. Käitis piirneb tootmismaade, transpordimaa ja maatulundusmaadega. Lähimad elamud paiknevad käitise heiteallikatest ca 100 m kaugusel põhja-, lääne- ja lõunasuunas. Lähimad samalaadsed heiteallikad Osaühing Lindvart (registrikood 11095972, õhusaasteluba nr L.ÕV/323405 ja osaühing Tekno Marine Eesti (registrikood 10902651, õhusaasteluba nr L.ÕV/323082) asuvad Puidukoja ja Puidu kinnistute vahelisel alal. Käitis ei asu kaitse- ega hoiualal, Natura 2000 linnu- ega loodusalal. Käitise lähiümbrusesse ei jää kaitstavaid üksikobjekte.
