Ühinemisel osalesid AS Ober-Haus Real Estate Advisors (registrikood 11080798) ja OBER-HAUS HINDAMISTEENUSTE OSAÜHING (registrikood: 10144929), asukoht: Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Narva mnt 53/2, 10120. Ühinemise tulemusena kustutati OBER-HAUS HINDAMISTEENUSTE OSAÜHING (ühendatav ühing) äriregistrist ning AS Ober-Haus Real Estate Advisors (ühendav ühing) saab ühendatava ühingu õigusjärglaseks. Ühinemisel jätkab ühendav ühing tegevust senise ärinime AS Ober-Haus Real Estate Advisors all.
Äriühingute võlausaldajatel palume esitada oma nõuded tagatise saamiseks kuue kuu jooksul käesoleva teate avaldamisest (ÄS § 399 lg 1). Ühinemise tulemusena kustutati AKTSIASELTS OBER-HAUSI KINNISVARA (ühendatav ühing) äriregistrist ning AS Ober-Haus Real Estate Advisors (ühendav ühing) saab ühendatava ühingu õigusjärglaseks. Ühinemisel jätkab ühendav ühing tegevust senise ärinime AS Ober-Haus Real Estate Advisors all.
