Aktsiaselts teatab aktsiakapitali vähendamise otsusest. AS Arealis (registrikood 11122663, aadress Liivalaia 13, Tallinna linn, Harju maakond, 10118) teatab, et AS-i Arealis aktsionär otsustas vähendada AS-i Arealis aktsiakapitali 8 232 782 euro võrra. Aktsiakapitali uus suurus pärast aktsiakapitali vähendamist on 117 218 eurot. Aktsiakapitali vähendamine toimub aktsiate tühistamise teel (kokku tühistatakse 8 232 782 lihtaktsiat nimiväärtusega 1 euro iga aktsia).

Ühing teatab jagunemisest. Jagunemisel osalesid AS Arealis (registrikood 11122663) ja Arealis Holding AS (registrikood: 14213248), asukoht: Liivalaia tn 13, Tallinn, Harju maakond, 10118. Vastavalt 20. jaanuaril 2017 sõlmitud jagunemiskavale toimus AS Arealis (jagunev ühing) jagunemine eraldumise teel, mille tulemusena läks osa AS Arealis varast üle jagunemiskava alusel ja kohaselt asutatud äriühingule Arealis Holding AS (omandav ühing).
