Keskkonnaamet avaldab teadaande keskkonnamõju hindamise ja keskkonnajuhtimissüsteemi seaduse (KeHJS) § 12 lõike 1¹ punkti 2 alusel.

Keskkonnaamet otsustajana teatab, et on jätnud algatamata 01.04.2019 kirjaga nr 12-2/19/19-6 Kõduküla liivamaardla Kõduküla liivakarjääri maavara kaevandamise loa muutmise taotlusele keskkonnamõju hindamise (KMH).

RoadWest OÜ taotleb Kõduküla liivakarjääri mäeeraldise kaevandamisloa nr L.MK/321109 kehtivusaja pikendamist 15 aasta võrra. Kõduküla liivakarjääri kaevandamisluba on antud Keskkonnaameti Jõgeva-Tartu regiooni 08.12.2011 korraldusega nr JT 1-15/11/700. Kaevandamisluba kehtib kuni 15.12.2019. Kõduküla liivakarjäär asub Tartu maakonnas Elva vallas Kõdukülas eramaal katastriüksusel Kruusamäe (registriosa nr 2624604, katastritunnus 69402:004:0047, sihtotstarve mäetööstusmaa 100%) Kõduküla liivamaardlas (registrikaart nr 0818). Maardla põhimaavaraks on täiteliiv. Maavara kasutusaladeks on ehitus, täitepinnas. Kõduküla liivakarjääri mäeeraldise pindala on 0,81 ha ning mäeeraldise teenindusmaa pindala on 1,78 ha. Taotletav loa kehtivusaeg on 14.12.2034.

KMH jäeti algatamata tuginedes KeHJS § 3 lg 1 p-le 1, § 6 lg 2 p-le 2 ja lg-le 4, § 6prim1 lg-tele 3 ja 5, § 9 lg-le 1, § 11 lg-tele 2, 2prim2, 2prim3, 4, 8 ja 8prim1, Vabariigi Valitsuse 29.08.2005 määruse nr 224 „Tegevusvaldkondade, mille korral tuleb anda keskkonnamõju hindamise vajalikkuse eelhinnang, täpsustatud loetelu“ § 1 lg-le 1 ja § 3 p-le 4.
