Ühing teatab ühinemisest. Ühinemisel osalesid OÜ Selgis (registrikood 11194711) ja Vise Tootmine OÜ (registrikood: 12834963), asukoht: Kivikülvi 7, Tallinn. Ühinemislepingu kohaselt Vise Tootmine OÜ lõppes ning kogu ühingu vara, sealhulgas õigused ja kohustused, läksid üle Selgis OÜ-le. Ühing jätkab tegevust ärinime OÜ Selgis all.

Äriühingute võlausaldajatel palume esitada oma nõuded tagatise saamiseks kuue kuu jooksul käesoleva teate avaldamisest (ÄS § 399 lg 1). Nõuded palume esitada e-posti aadressile info@selgis.ee või postiaadressile Sarapuu tn 6, Kangru alevik, Kiili vald, Harju maakond 75403.
