OÜ DMC Eesti (registrikood 11210597) avaldab teadaande äriseadustiku (ÄS) § 199 lõike 2 alusel.

Osaühing teatab osakapitali vähendamise otsusest. 28.04.2015 otsustasid ühingu osanikud vähendada osaühingu osakapitali 80 000 euro võrra. Osaühingu uus osakapital on 8 300 eurot. Osakapitali vähendamine toimub osade nimiväärtuste vähendamise teel.

Võlausaldajatel palume esitada oma nõuded tagatise saamiseks kahe kuu jooksul käesoleva teate avaldamisest (ÄS § 199 lg 2). marianna@dmcestonia.ee
