Ühing teatab ühinemisest. Ühinemisel osalesid Andmelogistika OÜ (registrikood 11545062) ja Aktsiaselts POOHTECH (registrikood: 11257334), asukoht: Tartu mnt 2, 10145 Tallinn, Harju maakond. Ühinemise tulemusena läksid kõik Aktsiaseltsi POOHTECH (ühendatav ühing) õigused ja kohustused üle Andmelogistika OÜ’le (ühendav ühing) ning Aktsiaselts POOHTECH kustutati äriregistrist.
